My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room turned out to be bigger and more like a mini apartment than I expected, the issue with the unexpected room change and price increase left me feeling suspicious, especially with the manager's unprofessional behavior. On the bright side, the service was pleasant and the staff, particularly a standout individual who deserves a promotion, were friendly and professional. The location was perfect for my needs and beautiful. However, the dining options were limited, and the seating area struggled with the crowd size at times.

The hotel room was smaller than I expected, not knowing it was a studio room initially. I was told I would have been charged more for additional space, but the final pricing was unclear. The staff seemed suspicious in handling the room change and payment, with the manager being rude during my inquiries. However, the room size turned out to be perfect for my family, and it was conveniently located next to the elevators.
